• Shipping is free. No minimums, no hidden fees.
• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after being placed.
• Delivery takes 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment gateways.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or cancellations. However, we’ve got you covered for exchanges in case of:

• Size issues
• Damaged or defective product

Exchange Window:

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.

How to Request:

• Email us at hello@pureplains.com with your order ID and the reason for exchange.
• Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Charges:

• If it’s a size issue or change of mind: return shipping is on you.
• If it’s our mistake or a quality issue: we’ll handle it.

If the item you want in exchange isn’t available, we’ll offer you store credit or alternative options.
